| Mrs. Mayse started KMP in 1985 with a vision that her and her husband would service the greater DFW area with a quality way of providing Plumbing services and unparalleled customer service. |

| Mr. Mayse, along with his wife, has been the Owner and Vice President of Kennedale Mansfield Plumbing, Inc. for over 23 years and has been very successful in building KMP to a multi-million dollar corporation. |
| Within this timeframe, Mr. Mayse has overseen the operation of numerous Housing Developments, Residential Repairs, and many New Construction Commercial Projects. |

| Mrs. Cummings graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. |
| Mrs. Cummings handles all HR activities, Accounts Payable, and Insurance. She has worked in public accounting as an Auditor and now handles Kennedale Mansfield Plumbing’s needs. |

| Mr. Davis graduated from North Texas University with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Arts and a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Davis has been around the plumbing industry for 33 years as a Commercial Project Manager and Designer, Cost Estimator, and a Purchasing Agent for HVAC and Plumbing utilities. |
| Mr. Davis has overseen many projects such as the Texas Department of Corrections Prisons, Industrial plants, Off-Shore Oil Platforms, CPSES Glen Rose Nuclear Power Plant, U.S. Government Projects and many more. |

Jonathon Dyer, Project Manager |
| Mr. Dyer has worked his way up the ranks and blossomed into a leadership role here at KMP. He began Plumbing when he graduated high school and never looked back. |
